I was approached by an architect I had worked with previously to design a kitchen for a new build house in Crossmichael, on the banks of Loch Ken. The worktop is Durasein solid surface. It had to be formed around the column in the island, which was interesting. Being able to invisibly seam it was beneficial. Along the wall the up stand is coved to form a single piece.
